Babies poop a lot and poop can be very confusing to parents,because all different babies can have different types of poop depending on if they're breast fed,if they're bottle-fed,and if they're having certain issues with their stomach.
母乳喂养的宝宝的大便一般看上去呈木纹状的深黄色，并且量可能不会很多，但是每次换尿布的时候你都会在上面找到一点粪便。至于另一方面，喝配方奶粉的宝宝排出来的大便是深棕色的，而且他们一周只上一次厕所。
Breast-fed babies poop typically looks like a grainy mustard color and it may not be a lot,but there may be a little present at every single diaper change.On the other hand,bottle-fed babies are a very dark brown color and they may only go to the bathroom one time in a week.
喝配方奶粉的宝宝排出的粪便是成形的，而母乳喂养的宝宝的粪便是稀的，但是这种情况只会发生在特定年纪的宝宝身上，对于大便的形状以及连贯性是不固定的、随机的。
It may be completely formed and the breast-fed maybe completely liquid,but they could be babies with the exact same age and very similar.There's really no rhyme or reason to the shape, the consistency.
如果发现宝宝的大便有异常，那么你需要对症下药，如果你的宝宝一直以来排出来的大便都是深黄色的，但是突然间他排出来的大便变成了绿色，这时候你可能就需要联系医生了。
If there's a change in your baby's bowel habits,that's when you need to do something.If you always had a baby with the shade of color that was yellow and all of a sudden it's changed suddenly to green,you probably want to call your doctor.
如果你家的宝宝一般都是按时上厕所的，突然排便时间被打乱了，而你又发现他们的粪便是一颗颗圆圆的并且看上去很硬，这可能便秘的信号，那么你需要联系医生，这可能是因为给他们引入新的食物，或者喝了没有搅拌均匀的配方牛奶导致的。
If you always had a baby that went to the bathroom regularly and suddenly they're not,and you're noticing that the stool is very round and hard,that's usually the sign of constipation and you'll want to call your doctor.These can be changed by adding a new food,powder formula that's not mixed enough.
如果母乳喂养的宝宝排出来的粪便有所异常，那可能是因为对妈妈吃的食物产生了不良反应，这并不是说看上去是那样的粪便就是有问题的，但是粪便的确能够反应出婴儿身体里的变化。
A breast feeding baby could have something reacting to something that the mother ate.It's not exactly what the poop looks like that can be worrisome,but really a drastic change in what's happening.
所以将宝宝上厕所的时间以及频率记录下来，当宝宝发生异常时，这些记录对你来说是非常有用的，虽然这不是一件喜闻乐见的事情，但是宝宝有所变化的时候你至少应该能够察觉得到，而你可以把记录下来的信息给医生帮你分析。
So logging when they go to the bathroom, how often they go to the bathroom will really be helpful should this change occur.It's not a pleasant thing to notice but it's something you need to notice should something occur and you need to be able to get that information to your doctor.
