宝宝有时候会打嗝，我知道这会引起家长的恐慌，我经常接到客户的电话，他们会说“天啊，宝宝在打嗝，我该怎么办”。
Sometimes babies get hiccups nd I know that it can be frightening.I often get calls from clients saying "oh no, the baby has hiccups what can I do?"
打嗝是很常见的事情，就像打嗝不会伤害我们一样，打嗝也不会伤害宝宝，有时候你看到宝宝看起来有点痛苦或者哭泣，那是因为宝宝不理解这是怎么一回事，并且这件事情超出了他们的控制范围，所以最好什么也不用做。
Hiccups are very common.And just like hiccups do not hurt us,hiccups don't hurt babies.Sometimes you see a baby look a little distressed or may cry,that's just because they do not understand what is happening to them,and that something out of their control is controlling them.The best thing to do is really nothing.
你可以通过和宝宝聊天分散他们的注意力，或者摇晃宝宝的身体并且给他们唱歌，或者其它相关的并且能够分散宝宝注意力的活动，但是关于给点什么东西给宝宝，或者喂点什么给他们吃，最好的建议还是当宝宝打嗝的时候，不要去管他们，没有必要去吓到他们，这是于事无补的，并且只会让情况变得更糟。
You can distract your baby by talking to them,you can rocking your baby and singing to your baby,and do any other bonding exercise that would distract your baby.But in regards to giving them anything,or feeding them anything,it's really recommended that when the baby gets the hiccups,you just leave them be.There's no sense in scaring them that's not going to help them,it will only make it worse.
有的家长会使用驱风油，者将冷却的洋甘菊茶蒸馏，用以缓解打嗝。如果你的宝宝比较频繁地打嗝，如果你认为这些治疗方法有效果，并且不会对宝宝造成伤害，你可以放心使用，你可以在随意一间药房、婴儿用品店以及药店找到驱风油。
Some parents use gripe water or even distilled cooled chamomile tea to relieve the hiccups.If your child gets hiccups often and you find these remedies helpful,and they do not hurt your child,then absolutely use them,if they help your child feel better.You can find gripe water at any pharmacy, baby store, drugstore.
通常使用洋甘菊、生姜以及小茴香之类的东西，能够让宝宝冷静下来，并且有助于调理肠胃，所以使用这些疗法，分散注意力，或者不做任何处理，都是治打嗝的最好方法。
And usually all it is is chamomile, ginger, and fennel things to used calm babies or help settle their stomachs.So using these remedies distracting baby or just leave them alone is the best things for hiccups.
