There are going to be certain times in a baby's life when you're going to need to take their temperature,and it can be a little scary to do it for the first time.

And then there's the old fashioned rectal way of giving a temperature reading.Sometimes that can be a little daunting for a parent.So the most important thing to do is really to be whatever's the most comfortable for you,so that your baby is comfortable.Getting an accurate read may be difficult,so sometimes it's great to do two different thermometers,so you can get a really good reading.

如果你觉得宝宝感觉到不适，那么给他们先测体温是非常重要的，宝宝发高烧是非常、非常危险的，所以不管你使用什么方法给宝宝测体温，只要能测出来就可以了，所以找出最适合你的方法。
It's really important that if you think your baby's sick to try to take their temperature.A baby getting a very high fever can be very, very dangerous.So it doesn't really matter which way you take the temperature,it just matters that you take it.So figure out a style that's most comfortable for you.
如果你觉得宝宝生病了，要确保他们量多几次体温，然后把体温读数记录下来，如果有需要的话，你可以打电话给医生，然后向他们汇报宝宝的体温是多少，时间是什么时候，还好这种温度很快就会恢复正常。
And if you think the baby is sick,make sure to take the temperature often and log that recording,so you can call your doctor if needed and tell them what temperature the baby was at what time.And hopefully soon the temperature will be gone.
