Blessings of richness, harvest, peace and joy all go to one bowel of laba porridge.(Lin Wei, Gourme)Rinse red dates, then put them in the warm water, get rid of the cores, and wash them well, soak them.Put enough water into the marmite. Put raisins, lily, red dates, and longan into the pot. Turn the fire to the fullest, and boil it for an hour. Then dim down the fire. Cook for 8 hours until it is well-cooked. Add medlar and crystal sugar and then it is done.
